bon voyage "dj kryptonite"

wyclef jean - gone til' november (mp3)

friends of bff will be well aware that half our all-star line-up, better known as mark scholes / schoolsy / skoda / dj kryptonite, will be leaving the safe confines of manchester on a european jaunt for, and i quote, "quite a while". it goes without saying he'll be missed around these parts (who's going to play fleetwood mac records now?), and i'm sure you all can wish him best of luck on his travels. as a little send off, i've picked what must be one of the best "adios anthems", wyclef's tear-stained classic. i wonder if there'll be a full orchestra in the airport when mark makes his exit? who knows ... best of luck fella, see you back soon.

please note - even though mark does look slightly camp on this photo (i was very tempted to photoshop the hoegaarden into a cosmopolitan), this is just due to an strange photo moment and bizzare lighting. please do not take this as an indication of his sexuality - although i am noticing high level of links from gaydar pointing to this post...
